Return & Refund Policy

West of West deals in vintage and one-of-a-kind goods. Every piece is sold as inspected — condition, measurements, and any flaws are stated plainly in the listing before purchase. Please review these details carefully, as vintage sizing and condition standards differ from new retail goods.

Returns

Domestic (U.S.) orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition it was received, with any original tags attached.

To start a return, email [hello@westofwestvintage.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was not as described (see below).

Store credit is issued once the returned item is received and inspected, and does not expire.

Not as Described

If an item arrives materially different from its listing — condition, measurements, or authenticity — contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, including return shipping. Please include photos with your request.

Final Sale

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Jewelry
• Patches, pins, and insignia
• Items marked Deadstock or NWT
• Items marked Final Sale in the listing

International Orders

International orders, including Japan, are final sale. Given the cost of return shipping relative to item value, we're unable to accept international returns except in cases of items not as described, which are handled per the policy above.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the piece's availability.
